"I had a good experience overall. Their work quality is excellent and they use genuine parts. The owner, Mr. Padamnabham, is a highly attentive person, he personally meets new customers, understands the issue first-hand, and then sends the vehicle for inspection. The service advisor and workshop managers are honest and transparent in their approach. They don’t push unnecessary replacements, if a part can be repaired, they let the customer take the call for repair/replacement. In my case, I initially thought my whole steering assembly (₹12,000) needed replacement, but after inspection, they informed me that only the link rods (₹1,600/pair) and left swing arm (₹2,600/side) needed replacement, saving me around ₹8,000. Overall, I’m satisfied with their professional and trustworthy service."
